Under the authority of the Academic Dean, and working in close collaboration with Student Services and the Associate Dean, Student Success, the Social Worker provides clinical consultation and crisis intervention, case management and assessment, individual counselling and on-call services, as well as outreach programming for students. They play an active role in the implementation and application of policies that aim to foster a respectful working and learning environment for all members of the Marianopolis community, Faculty, Staff, Management and students. The Social Worker is the on-campus resource person during situations requiring expertise in matters of psychological harassment and sexual violence. INFORMATION
